Look at that! Do I need to explain why it is my favourite photo on Flickr today? Excellent work by Gavan Mitchell and Phil Taylor.

Well this years road trip is coming up and I am after tips and places to see along the Murray River. I am going to try and start as near to the source as possible, and then spend 2 weeks driving along the Murray, probably as far as the SA border.

If I have time, I might even go up to Mungo NP from Mildura.

Any advice from people that either live along the route or have done a similar trip would be greatly appreciated.

Road trip! Whoohooo!
