Certainly not one of my most artistic efforts, but it is an interesting place. Bethungra, near Cootamundra in NSW has a rail line running past it. There is also quite a mountain range for the trains to try and get over. This piece of engineering is in place to help the trains climb the hill. Basically, they just do a loop around a hill once, gradually climbing as they do.
